Robert L. Tessler has been representing seriously injured persons in negligence actions for more than 40 years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College in 1959, and went on to attend law school at Columbia University, where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 1963.
Robert Tessler was admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey in 1963, and to the State Bar of New York in 1982.
Brian Schochet attended Brooklyn College, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1977. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1980 from Brooklyn Law School. Brian Schochet was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981.
Patricia O’Brien attended SUNY Binghamton, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985. She attended Law School at New York Law School, where she was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1990. Patricia O’Brien was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991, and to the New Jersey State Bar in 1992.
